The E-service enables the submission of applications for certain licences necessary for carrying out activities in the following areas: climate change and ozone layer protection, air protection, international road transport, internal road transport and real estate transport

 

Within the e-service, the following licences may be obtained and downloaded in electronic form:
Area of activity: Climate change and ozone layer protection
  1. Permit to perform the activities of collecting, checking leakage, installing and servicing refrigerating and air conditioning apparatus and equipment, heat pumps or servicing air conditioners in motor vehicles containing fluorinated greenhouse gases (solution),
  2. Authorisation to perform the activities of import/export, placing on the market of controlled substances and/or fluorinated greenhouse gases (certificate of registration in the Register).
The competent authority for issuing permits in the field of climate change and ozone layer protection is the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Green Transition. Data on issued licences are entered in the Register of legal entities and tradesmen engaged in the import/export and marketing of controlled substances and/or fluorinated greenhouse gases, servicing, recycling and reclamation of these substances (Register) kept by the Ministry of Economy.
Area of activity: Air protection
  1. Permit for performing air quality monitoring activities (decision),
  2. Permit to perform the activity of monitoring pollutant emissions to air from stationary sources (solution),
  3. Permit to perform the activity of checking the correctness of the measurement system for continuous measurement of pollutant emissions to air from stationary sources (solution),
  4. Permit for performing the activities of quality assurance of measurement and air quality data (decision).
The authority responsible for issuing air protection permits is the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Green Transition.
Area of activity: International road transport
  1. Community licence for carrying out the carriage of passengers in international road traffic
  2. Community licence for carrying out the carriage of goods in international road transport
  3. Notification of a new vehicle in international road traffic
  4. Check-out of vehicles in international road traffic
  5. Certificate for non-EU drivers
The licence issuing authority in the field of international road transport is the Ministry of the Sea, Transport and Infrastructure. Data on licenses issued shall be recorded in the national register of road transport operators kept by the Ministry of the Sea, Transport and Infrastructure.
Area of activity: internal road transport
  1. Licence for the public transport of goods in internal road transport
  2. Licence for the public transport of passengers in internal road transport
  3. Licence for special forms of transport of passengers in internal road transport
  4. Notification of a new vehicle in internal road transport
  5. Vehicle deregistration in internal road traffic
  6. Driving licence
The authority responsible for issuing permits in the field of internal road transport is the administrative body of a particular county/city of Zagreb. Data on licenses issued shall be recorded in the national register of road transport operators kept by the Ministry of the Sea, Transport and Infrastructure.
Area of activity: real estate transactions
  1. License for performing the activity of real estate brokerage agent (Decision)
  2. Permit for performing real estate brokerage activities (Decision)
The competent authority for issuing permits for performing real estate brokerage activities is the Ministry of Economy. Data on issued permits are entered in the Register of real estate brokers kept by the Croatian Chamber of Commerce.
