Submission of applications for licenses required in fields of climate change and protection of the ozone layer, air protection, international and internal road transport and real estate transactions as well as downloading licenses in electronic form

Within the e-service, it is possible to download issued licenses in electronic form so the following licenses can be obtained:

Field of activity: climate change and protection of the ozone layer

  1. Permit to carry out activities of collection, leak checks and servicing of refrigeration and air conditioning products and equipment, heat pumps or servicing of air conditioning systems in motor vehicles containing fluorinated greenhouse gases (Decision),
  2. License to carry out activities of import/export, placing on the market-controlled substances and/or fluorinated greenhouse gases (Certificate of registration in the Register).
Competent authority for issuing licenses in the field of climate change and ozone layer protection is the Ministry of environmental Protection and Green Transition. Data on issued licenses is entered in the Register of legal entities and craftsmen engaged in the activity of import/export and placing on the market of controlled substances and/or fluorinated greenhouse gases, servicing, restoration and recovery of these substances (Register), which is maintained by the Ministry of Economy. 

Field of activity: air protection 

  1. License for air quality monitoring activities
  2. License to carry out activities for monitoring air pollutant emissions from stationary sources
  3. License for performing the activity of testing the correctness of the measuring system for continuous measurement of pollutant emissions into the air from stationary sources
  4. License for quality assurance of air quality measurements and data 
Competent authority for issuing licenses in the field of climate change and ozone layer protection is the Ministry of environmental Protection and Green Transition. 

Field of activity: international road transport

  1. Community license to carry out the carriage of passengers in international road transport
  2. Community license to carry out the carriage of goods in international road transport by road
  3. Request for registration of a new vehicle in international road transport
  4. Request for deregistration of vehicles in international road transport
  5. Certificate for drivers who are not EU citizens 
The authority responsible for issuing permits in the field of international road transport is the Ministry of the Sea, Transport and Infrastructure. Data on issued licenses are entered in the national register of road carriers, which is maintained by the Ministry of the Sea, Transport and Infrastructure.

Field of activity: internal road transport

  1. License for public transport of goods in domestic road transport
  2. License for public transport of passengers in domestic road transport
  3. Request for registration of a new vehicle in domestic road transport
  4. Request for deregistration of vehicles in domestic road transport
  5. License for specific forms of passenger transport in domestic road transport
  6. License for car taxi transport 
The authority responsible for issuing licenses in the field of internal road transport is the administrative body of each County/City of Zagreb. Data on issued licenses are entered in the national register of road carriers, which is maintained by the Ministry of the Sea, Transport and Infrastructure.

Field of activity: real estate transactions

  1. License to perform the activities of a real estate brokerage agent (Decision)
  2. License to perform mediation activities in real estate transactions (Decision) 
The authority responsible for issuing licenses for the performance of real estate brokerage activities is the Ministry of Economy. Data on issued permits are entered in the Register of Real Estate Brokers maintained by the Croatian Chamber of Commerce.
