Calendar for payment of mandatory fees

E-service enables the review and payment of mandatory fees of business entities                                                                                                                             
 

E-Service payment calendar of mandatory fees owned by the Ministry of economy enables authorised persons of business entities to:
  • an overview of the mandatory fees they are required to pay,
  • a breakdown of the maturity and balance of liabilities towards the competent institutions,
  • creation of payment orders via the internet or mobile banking (2D barcode or XML files),
  • activity tracking and document retrieval.
The service shows the state of liabilities that were registered with the institutions responsible for the calculation, analytical monitoring and collection of individual fees at the time of logging into the service.
The service is also available via the m-citizens mobile application (Android/IOS).

The service shall include the following benefits and competent institutions:
  • fee for the use of forest ecosystem functions - Ministry of Agriculture, forestry and Fisheries
  • non-employment allowance for persons with disabilities - Institute for expertise, Professional rehabilitation and Employment of persons with disabilities (ZOSI),
  • HRT fee - Croatian Radio and Television,
  • membership fees to tourist boards - tax Administration,
  • monumental annuity paid at the rate of total income - tax Administration,
  • membership fee to the Croatian Chamber of economy - tax Administration,
  • the Chamber's contribution to the Croatian Chamber of trades and Crafts - tax Administration.
