Freedom to provide services means that citizens from other EU/EEA countries in many activities and professions can provide services on an occasional and temporary basis, without the obligation to register a business establishment in Croatia

General obligations
It is necessary to obtain a Personal Identification Number (OIB) and VAT ID.Posting of workers
Posting of workers is an important part of the freedom to provide services.In addition to the EU information, there is also detailed sectoral information.
Workers posted to Croatia need an A1 form. Employees will not need residence and work permits. However, a posting declaration is required.
If you stay longer than 3 months, it is necessary to register your temporary stay with the police.
