Croatian Pension Insurance Institute (HZMO) e-Services

Previous services such as pension insurance rights, child allowance, national allowance, which were published individually on the e-Citizens portal, are now available as part of a new, unified service

HZMO e-Services is a new service provided by the Croatian Pension Insurance Institute enabling the users to submit requests for exercising different rights.

This unified service enables users to submit requests for the following:

• exercising the right to an old-age/early retirement old-age pension
• exercising the right to a disability pension
• exercising the right to an early disability pension
• exercising the right to a family pension following the death of the insured person
• exercising the right to a family pension following the death of the pension beneficiary
• exercising the right to national allowance
• exercising the right to child allowance
• issuing the portable document A1 – application for work in two or more EU Member States
• issuing the portable document A1 – seafarers.
